• ETHICS CHANNEL

Grupo Vibe provides users with an Ethics Channel, which can be accessed through its website. The channel enables direct interactions with Vibe Group companies on various subjects, including, but not limited to, matters applicable to the Anti-Corruption Law, General Data Protection Law and other laws and regulations in force.

The user may (on their own initiative, voluntarily and optionally) enter personal data so that the company can verify the registered reports, with this, the following personal data may be collected: name, e-mail, telephone number, position and your message.

Access to information received through the Ethics Channel is restricted. The data is stored in the Vibe Group's internal network for the period necessary to resolve the demand, after which it is disposed of securely.
